FAQs
Who can apply for the program?
If you're an ambitious woman in midlife who feels like you've been showing up for everyone else but quietly losing sight of yourself, this programme was built for you. You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to be ready to stop waiting and start showing up for the big dream you have been pushing to the back of your mind for far too long.
why is it application only?
Because the women in each cohort matter. I want to make sure every woman who joins is genuinely ready to do the work and that the cohort she joins is the right environment for her to thrive in. The application process protects that. It's not a barrier it's how I make sure this is the right fit, for you and for everyone else in the room.
how much time do i need to commit to each week?
You'll need around 2–3 hours per week this includes watching your lesson, completing your workbook exercises, and attending the group call. The 1:1 calls are scheduled at times that work for you. It's designed for busy professional women, so it's focused and efficient no fluff, no filler.
i have done other programs and nothing has stuck, why this?
Because most programmes teach you what to do this one starts with who you are. Before we talk about strategy or style or visibility, we get clear on your specific perception gap, your personal vision, and the exact blocks that have been keeping you small. Everything we build from there is personalised to you. That's why it sticks.
what happens after i apply?
I personally read every application and will come back to you within 3–5 business days. If it feels like a strong fit, you'll receive an invitation to book a Visibility Clarity Call with me a free 20-minute conversation where we talk through where you are, what you're hoping for, and whether this is the right next step. If the timing isn't right, I'll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
How many women will be in the program?
It will be an intentionally small group. I am looking at only 5 for the first cohort. This will enhance the experience and cohesion of the group.
will i definitely achieve my big goal?
What I can promise you is the clarity, the confidence, the language, and the tools to show up as the most visible, powerful version of yourself how to dress with intention, speak about your value, and advocate for yourself in ways you never have before.
What I can't promise is the outcome. I cannot guarantee you'll land the promotion, get the board seat, or step onto the stage. Those depend on timing and circumstances beyond any coach's control. What I can tell you is that the women who show up fully and do the work leave transformed. The tools are yours. What you do with them is entirely up to you.
